THURSDAY JANUARY 15TH, 2026​​

• Shopping: Coghill's General Store & Vendor Booths at Civic Center

• Nenana Eateries: Subway, Coghills, Rough Woods Cafe, & Monderosa

• 9:00am: Open For Vendor Set-up at the Civic Center

• 12:00pm: Check-in and Registration Begins at the Nenana Civic Center. Tickets for door prizes available for purchase.

• 2:30pm: Derby participants meet at the Salmon Bake Building along Nenana River for the reading of Rules & Questions

• 3:00pm: START! Bull Horn will Sound! Hooks in the Water! Have fun!

• 5:00 - 7:00pm: $18 Dinner by Rough Woods Cafe@ Civic Center -- Hearty Stew with Fresh Bread & Pasta Bake

• 5:00 - 7:00pm: Bingo Night For Community and Fishers with Dinner for purchase and pickup from Subway, Monderosa and Roughwoods at the Civic Center

• *8:00pm Derby Reporting & 1st Weigh-in @Salmon Bake Building*

 

FRIDAY JANUARY 16TH, 2026​

• Shopping: Coghill's General Store & Vendor Booths at Civic Center

• Nenana Eateries: Subway, Coghills, Rough Woods Cafe, & Monderosa

• 9:00am: Continued Check-in and Registration for late arrivals

• *10:00am Derby Reporting & 2nd Weigh-in @Salmon Bake Building*

• All Day: Come to the Civic Center to see Vendors

• *3:00pm Derby Reporting & 3rd Weigh-in @Salmon Bake Building*

• 5:00 - 7:00pm: $18 Dinner by Rough Woods Cafe@ Civic Center -- Chili, Cornbread, & Baked Potato Bar

• 5:00 - 7:00pm: Burbot Cookoff @ Civic Center (BYO equipment & Burbot dish) & Funniest Fish Pictures Contest

• *8:00pm Derby Reporting & 4th Weigh-in @Salmon Bake Building*

• *10:00am Derby Reporting & 5th Weigh-in @Salmon Bake Building*

• 3:00pm: END of Burbot Bash Competition -- Bull Horn Sounds

• *3:00pm FINAL Derby Reporting & Weigh-in @Salmon Bake Building*

• 4:00pm: Awards Ceremony and Door Prizes @ Civic Center-- Please come and support all participants! NOTE: To be eligible for door prizes and "Bridges Burbot Bash" Cash and other prizes, you must be present to win.
